Makkah: The Ministry of Media is set to launch the second edition of the Hajj Media Hub from June 1 to 4 at the Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Exhibition and Events Center.
This event is held in strategic partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the key initiatives advancing Saudi Vision 2030 and is organized by the Unified Hajj Media Operations Center.
The Hajj Media Hub offers a fully integrated media environment designed to support journalists and media professionals in delivering high-quality coverage of the 1446 AH Hajj season.
Equipped with cutting-edge technologies, the Hub aims to promote innovation in local, regional, and international media reporting.
The Hub features a 6,000-square-meter interactive media exhibition showcasing the services provided to pilgrims, a dedicated media briefing platform, a fully equipped media center, various broadcast studios, and mobile units for live coverage.
In addition, the Virtual Press Center (VPC) offers continuous updates and media services throughout the event at vpc.media.gov.sa.
More than 5,000 media representatives, stakeholders, and industry specialists are expected to benefit from the Hub’s offerings.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, which welcomed over 2,000 journalists and visitors, and hosted more than 15 public and private sector entities from 11 regions, the second edition aims to further enhance the quality and reach of Hajj media coverage.
